The new interest rate will be the interest rate we are then offering on new time deposits which have the same term and other features as the original time deposit. This exchange will be at no cost to you. If you make an exchange the maturity date of this account will remain the same as originally scheduled. You may exercise this option once during the original term for a three year Certificate of Deposit.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES: A penalty may be imposed for withdrawal before maturity. If your account has an original maturity of one year of less the fee we may impose will equal three months interest on the amount withdrawn. If you account has an original maturity of more than one year the fee we may impose will equal six months interest on the amount withdrawn.
